Angelique is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge in multi- family housing and asset management in both residential and commercial property management. Angelique holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in the state of Arizona and a Certified Apartment Management designation through the National Apartment Association. As an investor in multifamily housing Angelique has gained a perspective as a property owner which has given her the experience and understanding to be able to relate to her client’s needs. Angelique has a keen eye for curb appeal and improving an asset on a budget. Angelique will utilize her creative marketing skills to lease up your commercial property or apartment community to maximize your asset. As a long-term member to the community Angelique is a member of the Tucson Metro Chamber, Tucson Hispanic Chamber and Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce. Our team has worked in the industry for decades. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, whom she delights in spoiling. In her spare time, Irma can often be found enjoying a good book, reflecting her love of reading and relaxation.
