Angelique is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge in multi- family housing and asset management in both residential and commercial property management. Angelique holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in the state of Arizona and a Certified Apartment Management designation through the National Apartment Association. As an investor in multifamily housing Angelique has gained a perspective as a property owner which has given her the experience and understanding to be able to relate to her client’s needs. Angelique has a keen eye for curb appeal and improving an asset on a budget. Angelique will utilize her creative marketing skills to lease up your commercial property or apartment community to maximize your asset. As a long-term member to the community Angelique is a member of the Tucson Metro Chamber, Tucson Hispanic Chamber and Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce.
